Customer Service/Quality Assurance Representative 

Responsibilities: 

- Receive and answer customer queries from Freshdesk or other platforms, and answer any questions thoroughly and diligently 

- Recreate technical issues communicated by users/teammates/other departments to test or resolve problems 

- Responding and closing tickets in a timely manner 

- Executing QA tasks per existing checklists (generally at the request of the development team), reporting findings in appropriate channels 

- Reporting bugs, tasks, feedback in appropriate channels when needed (Slack, JIRA, Freshdesk, etc.) 

- Gathering and documenting insights/details on issues or user complaints, and relaying relevant info to other teams 

- Clear and proactive communication with teammates, peers, and management regarding current tasks, updates, or availability (or lack/changes thereof) 

- Keeping public-facing knowledge base/F.A.Q. updated to address latest features and concerns 

- Managing in-house test devices for troubleshooting and QA efforts 

- Assisting other teams with matters relating to customer service or user experience (moderating photos, livestream chats, social media, etc.)
